Advanced Placement and Honors Courses at FHS
The Advanced Placement (AP) program, administered by the College Board, offers high school students the opportunity to take college-level courses and exams. Established in 1955, the AP program enables students to challenge themselves academically, gain a deeper understanding of subjects, and potentially earn college credit or advanced placement in college courses based on their exam performance. With a wide range of subjects available, from mathematics and sciences to languages and arts, AP courses foster critical thinking, academic rigor, and a passion for learning.
AP testing registration opens September 18th. Please see the links to the left.
